Everbloom

Through the pinching and pressing of clay I encapsulate Samsara, the cycle of rebirth. A cradle and a casket; a blooming lotus and a dried seed pod; muddying and cleansing. This vessel is a space of transformation. Each coil of clay layers atop another as a chance to begin again, to infinitely birth this soul. I am the mother and the womb and the little life inside of her. I, the seedling, endlessly blossom so that every bud may bloom.
